Abstract

To provide a transport system capable of charging batteries of automatic transport devices from a single charging device even if the voltages of the batteries mounted on the automatic transport devices are different for each automatic transport device.SOLUTION: In a transport system, a traveling panel on which an automatic transport device 8 travels is disposed on the top plate of a processing device including multiple processing devices. The automatic transport device 8 includes a battery 20 that is charged by a charging device 14, a charging controller 22 that adjusts the voltage charged to the battery 20, and multiple operating units 24 that operate with power output from the battery 20. The charging controller 22 includes a voltage setting unit 28 that sets a voltage corresponding to the battery 20, a voltage detection unit 30 that detects the voltage output from the charging device 14, and a charging voltage control unit 32 that raises or lowers the voltage detected by the voltage detection unit 30 to adjust it to the voltage set by the voltage setting unit 28. The automatic transport device charges the battery 20 with the voltage adjusted by the charging voltage control unit 32.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
