Cross-connection avoidance structure for rainwater tank

Abstract

To provide a cross-connection avoidance structure capable of more reliably avoiding cross-connection in a rainwater tank that is replenished with city water by using a ball tap.SOLUTION: In a rainwater tank 1 that is replenished with city water by using a ball tap 2, the ball tap 2 comprises: a water supply control part 2a connected to a water discharge port 9a of a faucet 9; a floating ball 2b incorporated in a tank body 1a for storing rainwater; and a fixing member 2c for integrating the water supply control part 2a and the floating ball 2b and fixed to an upper surface of the tank body 1a, wherein the fixing member 2c fixes the ball tap 2 to the rainwater tank 1 at a position where a discharge port space 10 between a city water supply position 9b and an overflow position 8b has a sufficient distance, thereby constituting a cross-connection avoidance structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
