Abstract
To provide a position measurement device, a position measurement method, and position measurement program capable of improving position detection accuracy when a target object is measured by a sensor which measures the target object from above the target object in a non-contact manner.SOLUTION: A position measurement device 1, a position measurement method, and a position measurement program use a controller 10 into which data from a sensor 50 to measure a target object in a non-contact manner from above the target object and use a database 20. The database 20 stores the posture information to specify the sensor posture based on the reference posture in which the sensor 50 is installed. The controller 10 acquires the present position of the sensor 50, the direction of the target object viewed from the sensor 50, and the distance between the sensor 50 and the target object on the basis of the data. On the basis of the posture information stored in the database 20 and of the present position, a correction angle for the posture of the sensor 50 is calculated and the position of the target object is calculated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
