Abstract

To provide an information processing apparatus which corrects erroneous estimation of a posture of a wearing portion, which occurs when a control device independently rotates, by recognizing a wearing posture with respect to a body of the control device without using image recognition.SOLUTION: The control device comprises: means for detecting myoelectric potential by a plurality of myoelectric potential detection units; means for transmitting information detected by the detection means; and means for transmitting identifiers uniquely assigned to the plurality of myoelectric potential detection units, respectively, and transmits an identifier assigned to a myoelectric potential detection unit which detects the highest value. The information processing apparatus comprises means for calculating a change in a wearing posture of the control device in accordance with a difference in received identifiers, and is configured to correct erroneous estimation of the change in the wearing posture of a wearing portion which occurs by the change in the wearing posture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6b
