Home electrical appliance operation system

Abstract

To provide a system which makes a room temperature comfortable in a real estate at which the visit is reserved, in a date scheduled for the visit.SOLUTION: A home electrical appliance operation system comprises: a user terminal 1 for reserving a visit date; a first server 3 for registering the visit date; an operation device 5 for operating an electrical appliance installed in a real estate; a second server 4 communicably connected to the operation device 5; and a manager terminal 2 for registering, with the first server 3, identification information of the operation device 5 and operation contents and operation timing of a home electrical appliance 6 to be operated by the operation device 5. When the operation timing registered by the manager terminal 2 comes, the first server 3 transmits the operation contents to the second server 4 together with the identification information of the operation device 5. The second server 4 transmits the operation contents to the operation device 5 corresponding to the identification information transmitted from the first server 3. The operation device 5 operates the home electrical appliance 6 in accordance with the transmitted operation contents.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
