Abstract
To provide optimized or improved neuregulin (NRG) for use in preventing, treating, or reducing cardiovascular diseases.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a use of recombinant human neuregulin derivatives in preparing a medicine for preventing, treating, or reducing the progression of cardiovascular diseases in mammals. In particular, the present invention relates to a novel recombinant human NRG-FC protein and a use thereof in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
