Abstract

To reduce an influence of an inter-channel time difference that occurs during discretization of continuous signals of a plurality of mutually-related channels.SOLUTION: A conversion unit of a discrete signal generation apparatus generates data indicating a level of a specific channel at a predetermined timing among continuous signals of a plurality of mutually-related channels. An upsampling processing unit performs a complementing process in which, as data at a predetermined timing within a period of a unit cycle, data of a conversion result by the conversion unit are assigned to data of the specific channel among the continuous signals of the plurality of channels, and first complement data having a value of zero or a value near zero are assigned to data of channels other than the specific channel. A filter processing unit generates reproduction waveform data for each channel by using pseudo waveform data including the data of the conversion result by the conversion unit corresponding to the predetermined timing and second complement data corresponding to timings other than the predetermined timing within the period of the unit cycle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
