Abstract

To provide a pressure heating cooker in which an opening and closing button is smoothly pressed against an opening and closing lid.SOLUTION: An opening and closing lid 200 includes an inner lid 210 that covers an inner pot C, a lid frame 220 to which the inner lid 210 is detachably attached, and an outer lid 230 attached to the lid frame 220. A lid opening and closing mechanism 300 includes a locking member 310 provided on the lid frame 220 of the opening and closing lid 200 that engages with a locked portion 110 provided on a rice cooker body 100, and an engagement release unit 320 that releases the engagement between the locking member 310 and the locked portion 110. The engagement release unit 320 includes a support member 321 that is rotatably pivoted on the outer lid 230 and presses the locking member 310, and an opening and closing button 322 coated with a metal thin film, which is assembled to the support member 321 and is operated to be freely pressed from the outer lid 230 in an exposed state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
