Abstract

There remains a need in the art for preparations of L19-IL2 that have favourable properties with respect to both (i) immunogenicity and (ii) T cell stimulating activity, for example for use in the treatment of cancer. The present application relates to a preparation, in particular a pharmaceutical preparation comprising non-glycosylated and glycosylated IL2 immunoconjugates, the proportion of glycosylated IL2 immunoconjugates among the total IL2 immunoconjugates in the preparation being low, preferably 25% or less, for use in the treatment of cancer in human patients.
