Oral liquid suspension of a pan-RAF kinase inhibitor

Abstract

Disclosed herein is a solid formulation of (R)-2-(1-(6-amino-5-chloropyrimidine-4-carboxamide)ethyl)-N-(5-chloro-4-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl)thiazole-5-carboxamide (Compound A) or a pharma- ceutically acceptable salt thereof for preparing a liquid suspension. In another aspect, the application provides a method of preparing a liquid suspension and a kit of a solid formulation comprising Compound A. In another aspect, the application provides a method of treating cancer with a formulation of Compound A. Additionally, the disclosure provides a method of treating a pediatric cancer patient by administering a formulation of Compound A.
