Abstract

The expression vector for producing a target protein-fused self-assembling nanoparticle of the present invention contains a polynucleotide encoding a crystalline protein and a viral nucleocapsid as a fusion partner of the target protein. Further, the method for producing a target protein-fused self-assembling nanoparticle of the present invention includes the steps of: producing an expression vector for producing a target protein-fused self-assembling nanoparticle, which contains a target protein and a polynucleotide encoding a crystalline protein and a viral nucleocapsid as a fusion partner of the target protein; introducing the expression vector for producing a target protein-fused self-assembling nanoparticle into a host cell to produce a transformant; and culturing the transformant.
