Abstract

A composition comprising a lipid polymer excipient and AmB or an AmB derivative is disclosed. The lipid polymer excipient can form micelles when formulated with AmB or an AmB derivative, solubilizing and stabilizing the drug. Also disclosed is a method of treating fungal infections using this composition.
