Abstract

The cooling system includes a cold source arranged to supply a coolant, an air-cooled portion having a first liquid inlet connected to the cold source via a first pipe to receive the coolant from the cold source, and a first liquid outlet, and arranged to cool the electronic device using a gas, and a liquid-cooled portion having a second liquid inlet connected to the first liquid outlet via a second pipe to receive the coolant from the air-cooled portion, and a second liquid outlet connected to the cold source via a third pipe to return the coolant to the cold source to lower its temperature, and arranged to cool the electronic device using a liquid.
