Abstract
The present invention provides a method for treating hypertension in a hypertensive subject having a body mass index of at least 30, comprising administering to the subject a CYP11β2 beta-hydroxylase inhibitor once or twice daily in an amount sufficient to treat hypertension in the hypertensive subject.
