Abstract

The present invention aims to provide novel 2-((trans-4-(4-aryloxy)cyclohexyl)amino)quinazolinone derivatives that exhibit anti-cancer activity through eIF2α phosphorylation. The synthesized novel derivatives exhibit eIF2α phosphorylation effects and cancer cell proliferation inhibitory activity in vitro, and can be used as metabolic anti-cancer agents in pharmaceuticals and health functional food compositions for the prevention and treatment of leukemia, as well as rare cancers such as breast cancer, brain tumors, and sarcomas.
