Abstract

The present application relates to B7H3-binding polypeptides comprising two different anti-B7H3 single domain antibodies. The present application also relates to chimeric antigen receptors comprising the B7H3-binding polypeptides and universal CAR-T cells comprising the chimeric antigen receptors, which recognize tumor cell surface antigens while simultaneously knocking out TCR and HLA-A genes expressed by the cells, thereby reducing immune rejection caused by allogeneic CAR-T therapy, prolonging cell survival, and improving antitumor efficacy.
