The strain of the present invention has excellent efficacy in reducing amyloid beta protein (Aβ) or tau protein (Tau) and has excellent cognitive function-enhancing effects, and therefore can be useful as a composition for preventing, ameliorating, or treating cognitive impairment or AD.
