Abstract

The present invention provides an electronic device and a control method thereof for providing a tool for a user to track order records in real time and manage assigned delivery personnel. The electronic device also provides an information providing method. The information providing method may include the steps of: providing information about one or more delivery personnel corresponding to a user; confirming information about a first delivery personnel, including at least one of information about the delivery performance of a first delivery personnel among the one or more delivery personnel, information about the status of the first delivery personnel, and information about an evaluation of the first delivery personnel; and providing information about the one or more delivery personnel that has been modified based on the information about the first delivery personnel.
