Abstract

When a condensed phosphate for preventing deposition of dental calculus and an astringent for imparting a feeling of astringency are used in combination in an oral composition, there is a risk of causing exfoliation of oral mucosa. In view of the above circumstances, in an oral composition, it is possible to exhibit an astringent feeling and prevent peeling of oral mucosa.SOLUTION: The composition comprises (A) sodium fluoride, (B) a water-soluble calcium salt, (C) one or more selected from the group consisting of condensed phosphoric acids and alkali metal salts thereof, and (D) an astringent.SELECTED DRAWING: None
