To provide a child-care instrument with wheels capable of improving operability.SOLUTION: A wheeled childcare apparatus (1) includes a body frame (10), a caster mechanism (30,40) having a caster holding member (31,41) and a caster rotating member (32,42) and capable of turning a direction of a front wheel (12) or a rear wheel (14), a caster locking member (36,46) taking a locking position and an unlocking position, a first urging member (37,47) urging the caster locking member (36,46) to the locking position, and a moving member (35,45) provided on the caster holding member (31,41) and movable between a first position for bringing the caster locking member (46,36) to the locking position and a second position for bringing the caster locking member to the unlocking position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
