Abstract
To provide a technique capable of contributing to easy suppression of adhesion of particles to a bellows so as not to hinder opening / closing of both electrodes.SOLUTION: In the vacuum vessel 1, the 14b part of the movable electrodes is supported by bellows 15 so as to be movable in the axial direction of the cylindrical body 10. Cylindrical first and second shields 4A and 5 having a larger diameter than the bellows 15 are provided on the outer peripheral side of the bellows 15 so as to be coaxial with the bellows 15, respectively. The first shield one side end 4a is supported between the movable-electrode 13b and the bellows one side end 14b in the movable-side current-carrying shaft 15a, and the first shield other-side end 4b is positioned away from the movable-side flange 1b. The second shield other side end 5b is supported by the movable side flange 1b, and the second shield one side end 5a is inserted and positioned on the inner peripheral side of the first shield 4b from the first shield other side end 4A side, and is crossed with the first shield 4A in the axial direction in a mutually non-contact state.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
