Abstract

To provide a protector and a wire harness which improve assemblability to a bracket.SOLUTION: In the wire harness WH, the protector 1 includes the base (first member) 10 and the cover (second member) 20, the lock portion 30 that locks the base 10 and the cover 20 along the assembly direction Z, and the protruding portion 40 that protrudes along the extension direction X from the 12a of the outer surface of the base 10 with respect to the lock portion 30 and suppresses interference between the bracket 50 and the lock portion 30 by abutting on the bracket 50, and the base 10 is provided with the insertion hole 14 into which the 52a of the tip end portion of the bracket 50 is inserted along the assembly direction Z. The protruding portion 40 includes an inclined surface 41 that is inclined so as to gradually separate from the 12a of the outer surface of the base 10 along the extending direction X toward the side opposite to the bracket 50 along the assembling direction Z, and guides the 52a of the tip end portion of the bracket 50 toward the insertion hole 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
