To provide verifiable evaluation results.SOLUTION: An evaluation system includes a target person information acquisition unit that acquires target person information regarding a target person to be evaluated, an attribute evaluation instruction unit that outputs, to an external information processing system, attribute evaluation instruction information for instructing output of a result and a basis of attribute evaluation for each of a plurality of attributes of the target person based on content included in the target person information, an attribute evaluation result acquisition unit that acquires, from the external information processing system, attribute evaluation result information regarding the result and the basis of the attribute evaluation based on the attribute evaluation instruction information, and a target person evaluation unit that evaluates the target person based on the attribute evaluation result information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
