The skill of the expert can be collected to support the work of the worker.SOLUTION: The skill transmission support method includes generating a prompt of a work content corresponding to each of a plurality of pieces of first image data obtained by imaging a work performed by an expert, generating manual data describing the work content shown in the first image data, generating a skill guide AI using the skill learning data in which the plurality of pieces of first image data and the plurality of pieces of manual data are associated with each other, generating a prompt of a work content corresponding to second image data obtained by imaging a work performed by a non-expert, and generating and outputting guide data for supporting the work content corresponding to the second image data using the skill guide AI.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
