Abstract

To provide a technology for managing the calculation division of income tax for workers.SOLUTION: A server (20) of a worker management system (1) stores record information (2022) of workers working for job offer information from a business operator, and executes, as functions of the server, a step of receiving input of the job offer information from the business operator and presenting the information to the worker, a step of receiving input of application information from the worker for the job offer information, a step of determining an income tax calculation category for the worker by referring to the record information related to the worker whose application information has been received, and a step of presenting information on the worker whose application information has been received to the business operator in accordance with a determination result of the income tax calculation category related to the worker.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
