Abstract

To provide a vehicle control device capable of suppressing oscillation of a vehicle when decelerating the vehicle due to abnormality of a driver.SOLUTION: The vehicle control device includes the abnormality detector 31 configured to detect the abnormality that has occurred to the driver of the vehicle 10, and the controller 32 configured to, when the abnormality that has occurred to the driver is detected, decelerate the vehicle 10 such that the ratio of the braking force of the rear wheels of the vehicle 10 to the braking force of the front wheels of the vehicle 10 becomes the first ratio, and set the first ratio to a value larger than the second ratio of the braking force of the rear wheels to the braking force of the front wheels when the vehicle 10 is decelerated in the state where the abnormality of the driver is not detected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
