Abstract

An object of a system according to an embodiment is to efficiently collect various opinions on news and provide the opinions to a user.SOLUTION: A system includes a collection unit, a learning unit, a creation unit, a reception unit, and a response unit. The collection unit collects comment data. The learning unit learns the data collected by the collection unit. The creation section creates a personality based on the data learned by the learning section. The reception unit receives a question from a user.
