Abstract

An object of the system according to the embodiment is to unify and organize information in an organization and efficiently share the information.SOLUTION: A system includes a question reception part, an information provision part, a knowledge extraction part, a learning material generation part, and an information retrieval part. The question reception unit receives a question from a user. The information providing unit provides appropriate information based on the question received by the question receiving unit. The knowledge extraction unit extracts important knowledge from the conversation in the communication tool. The learning material generation unit automatically generates a learning material based on the knowledge extracted by the knowledge extraction unit. An information retrieval part retrieves and generates detailed information or a manual on a Web site.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
