Abstract

An object of a system according to an embodiment is to facilitate communication within an organization and accumulate and utilize organizational culture.SOLUTION: A system includes a mail creation part, a chat creation part, a vocabulary storage part, a context storage part, and an organization-dedicated generated AI training part. The mail creation part creates mail in the organization by using the generation AI. The chat creation unit creates a chat in the organization using the generated AI. The vocabulary accumulating unit accumulates the vocabulary obtained during the communication support. The context accumulation unit accumulates a context obtained during communication support. The organization-dedicated generated AI fostering portion fosters an organization-dedicated generated AI based on the information accumulated by the vocabulary accumulating portion and the context accumulating portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
