Abstract

A vehicle diagnostic system for improving the accuracy of estimating the fatigue life of a vehicle component. [Solution] The disclosed vehicle diagnosis system includes a stroke sensor 2, a first calculation unit 5, a second calculation unit 6, a first memory unit 7, a second memory unit 8, and an estimation unit 9. The stroke sensor 2 detects a displacement x of the suspension device 1. The first calculation unit 5 calculates a vehicle body input F based on the displacement x. The second calculation unit 6 calculates a load L acting on the component based on the vehicle body input F and the position of the component. The first memory unit 7 stores the relationship between the load L and the application time t. The second memory unit 8 stores the SN characteristics of the component. The estimation unit 9 estimates a fatigue damage degree D of the component based on the relationship between the load L and the application time t stored in the first memory unit 7 and the SN characteristics stored in the second memory unit 8.
