Training provision server, dam management training device, and dam operation training provision method

Abstract

Improve the operational capabilities of dam operators. [Solution] In one embodiment, the dam training server includes a dam management database (DB), a processing unit, and a transceiver. The dam management database stores flood data for each of a plurality of dams, indicating the correspondence between the inflow and outflow amounts and changes in water level for each of the dams when floods have occurred in the past or when there is a possibility of flooding. When training is conducted for a first dam among the plurality of dams, the processing unit calculates the amount of water level change in response to a discharge operation from a training terminal device using flood data corresponding to the first dam among the flood data stored in the dam management database. The transceiver receives dam operation input from the training terminal device, transfers it to the processing unit, and transmits the amount of water level change calculated by the processing unit based on the flood data corresponding to the first dam calculated by the processing unit to the training terminal device.
