To provide a seawater supply system that achieves high energy savings. [Solution] The seawater supply system includes a first seawater supply system (20) that uses seawater to cool fresh cooling water and lubricating oil, and a second seawater supply system (30) that supplies seawater to an air cooler (5). In the first seawater supply system (20), a first seawater pump (SWP2) takes in seawater from outside the ship into a first seawater pipeline (22). A fresh cooling water cooler (C2) and a lubricating oil cooler (C1) are arranged in series on the first seawater pipeline (22). A controller (200) controls the rotation speed of the first seawater pump (SWP2) via a first inverter (I1). In the second seawater supply system (30), a second seawater pump (SWP3) takes in seawater from outside the ship into a second seawater pipeline (32) in which an air cooler (5) is arranged. The controller (200) controls the rotation speed of the second seawater pump (SWP3) via the second inverter (I2).
