Abstract

[Solution] The tensile shear bond strengths of free surface interlayer joints 25a, which are interlayer joints between the free surfaces 17 of soft magnetic amorphous alloy ribbons 10, roll surface interlayer joints 25b, which are interlayer joints between the roll surfaces 16, and dissimilar surface interlayer joints 25c, which are interlayer joints between the dissimilar surfaces of the roll surfaces 16 and the free surfaces 17, were measured, and it was found that the free surface interlayer joints 25a had a tensile shear bond strength that was significantly higher than the other two. Based on these results, the present invention specifies that in a soft magnetic amorphous laminate 2 formed by laminating a plurality of soft magnetic amorphous alloy ribbons 10, the number of free surface interlayer joints 25a, where the free surfaces 17 of the soft magnetic amorphous alloy ribbons 10 face each other, accounts for 30% or more of the total number of interlayer joints.
