Abstract

The object of the present invention is to provide an acrylic rubber cross-linked product that has excellent storage stability in the state of an acrylic rubber cross-linking composition containing a cross-linking agent from the viewpoints of energy saving and productivity, and that also has excellent compression set even when only primary cross-linking is performed. [Solution] We have discovered that an acrylic rubber containing structural units derived from an organic iodine compound containing two or more iodine atoms per molecule, structural units derived from an alkyl acrylate ester, and structural units derived from a halogen-containing copolymerizable monomer has excellent storage stability in the state of an acrylic rubber cross-linking composition containing a cross-linking agent, and can provide a cross-linked acrylic rubber that has excellent compression set even with only primary cross-linking. Because the acrylic rubber obtained by this invention does not require secondary cross-linking, it enables shorter manufacturing times and industrial production with less energy.
