[Solution] The system comprises a loading platform on which items can be placed and which can be moved by a mobile body, a photographing unit which photographs the loading platform, an order information acquisition unit which can acquire order information including order item information which is information about the ordered items and delivery destination information which is information about the delivery destination, and a monitoring control unit which performs image recognition of the condition on the loading platform from the image photographed by the photographing unit and gives instructions to the photographing unit or the mobile body based on the relationship between the condition on the loading platform and the order information acquired by the order information acquisition unit.
