Automatic auscultation device and multi-joint arm mechanism

Abstract

To provide an automatic auscultation device capable of efficiently and accurately acquiring auscultatory sounds even for examinees of various body types. [Solution] The automatic auscultation device 10 has a sound collection unit 12 configured to be able to listen to auscultation sounds at multiple auscultation positions on the body of a patient P, and an elevation unit 13 that raises and lowers the sound collection unit 12. The sound collection unit 12 is equipped with an auscultation sound acquisition unit 21, which is the acquisition site for auscultation sounds, and an embrace mechanism 22 that is structured to change the posture of the auscultation sound acquisition unit 21 using the pressing force of the patient P as power so that auscultation sounds can be acquired while surrounding the body. The embrace mechanism 22 changes the auscultation sound acquisition unit 11 from an open posture away from the patient P to an embrace posture that allows auscultation sounds to be acquired simultaneously at auscultation positions around the body.
