[Solution] This is a method for manufacturing large metal products using a metal 3D printer, in which a piece fabrication process P10 is performed to fabricate multiple pieces 1a, 1b, ... of a predetermined size or smaller to ultimately constitute a large metal product 10; a welding surface processing process P20 is performed to machine the surfaces of the pieces 1a, 1b, ... to be used as welding surfaces 3a, 3b, ... to form pieces 5a, 5b, ... equipped with welding surfaces; and a welding process P30 is performed to join the welding surfaces 3a, 3b, ... together to form an integrated state of all pieces and weld them together, thereby manufacturing a large metal product 10.
