Abstract

To provide a heat-shielding pigment with high visible light transmittance and high solar reflectance. [Solution] A plate-shaped heat-shielding pigment having a particle size of 0.50 μm or more and 100 μm or less, and having a laminated structure formed by including adjacent conductive layers and dielectric layers, characterized in that at least one surface of the laminated structure is coated with an organic compound, and the amount of organic compound coating on one surface of the laminated structure is greater than the amount of organic compound coating on the other surface.
