Abstract

This reduces the amount of airborne components and dust that adhere to the components on the circuit board equipped with the cooling fan. [Solution] The cooling fan 10 has a base plate 40 having an annular outer base portion 41 and a central base portion 42 located inside the outer base portion 41. The cooling fan 10 has an electric motor 60 located below the central base portion 42, a circuit board 70 for driving the electric motor 60 located between the electric motor 60 and the central base portion 42, and a peripheral wall portion 55 surrounding the outer edge of the circuit board 70.
