Developing individual abilities at various career stages. [Solution] The training method involves inputting the user's answers to multiple problems, each assigned to a thinking code domain representing the characteristics of the problem, and linked to the thinking skills required to solve the problem. Based on the user's answers to the multiple problems, the thinking code domain score, which is the user's score for each thinking code domain, is determined. The preferred thinking code domain, which is the thinking code domain with a relatively high thinking code domain score, is determined. The target thinking code domain, which is the target for increasing the thinking code domain score, is determined. In order to increase the thinking code domain score of the target thinking code domain, training problems are output that are assigned to the preferred thinking code domain, linked to the thinking skills of the problems the user answered correctly, and assigned to the target thinking code domain.
