Method for manufacturing brazed structures

Abstract

In the manufacturing of brazed structures, this reduces the number of steps involved and prevents issues such as the first brazed portion peeling off during the second heating. [Solution] A method for manufacturing a brazed structure comprises the steps of: placing a component having a pair of laminated surfaces facing each other and a pair of side surfaces that are in contact with both of the pair of laminated surfaces and face each other on the upper surface of a base member with one of the pair of laminated surfaces facing downwards, and applying brazing material to a first region spanning the pair of side surfaces and the upper surface of the base member; inverting the component; and placing the component on the upper surface of a base member with the other of the pair of laminated surfaces facing downwards, and applying brazing material to a second region spanning the side surface of the component and the upper surface of the base member.
