Abstract

To provide an ACF adhesive device that simplifies the positioning work for tape members. [Solution] The ACF adhesive device (adhesion mechanism units 220L, 220R) includes a supply unit (tape supply reel 221) that supplies a tape member tp comprising a base material layer tpb and an ACF layer tpa superimposed on the base material layer, an adhesive unit (adhesion head 223) that peels the ACF layer from the base material layer and adheres it to the substrate 3, and a tape feeding mechanism (multiple rollers 230) that feeds the tape member from the supply unit to the adhesive unit. The tape feeding mechanism includes a first guide unit 260 that restricts the movement of one end of the tape member in the width direction, a second guide unit 270 that restricts the movement of the other end of the tape member in the width direction, and an adjustment unit 300 that adjusts the restricted width W of the tape member by the first guide unit and the second guide unit by pushing the second guide unit in the width direction.
