Abstract
To provide a physical quantity detection circuit that can detect physical quantities with high accuracy by reducing unwanted common-mode signal components. [Solution] A circuit device comprising: a first amplifier which receives a first signal output from a physical quantity detection element that detects a physical quantity and outputs a first amplified signal obtained by amplifying the first signal; a second amplifier which receives a second signal output from the physical quantity detection element and outputs a second amplified signal obtained by amplifying the second signal; a differential amplifier circuit which outputs a differential amplified signal obtained by amplifying the difference between the first amplified signal and the second amplified signal; a physical quantity detection signal output circuit which outputs a physical quantity detection signal corresponding to the physical quantity based on the differential amplified signal; and a common-mode feedback circuit which detects common-mode signal components included in the first amplified signal and the second amplified signal and outputs a feedback signal based on the detected signal of the common-mode signal component to the first amplifier and the second amplifier.
