[Solution] A gaming machine comprising a plurality of speakers, a plurality of audio circuits connected to the plurality of speakers, and a first circuit board on which the plurality of audio circuits are arranged, wherein at least the first audio circuit and the second audio circuit of the plurality of audio circuits have a first component, a plurality of second components, and a third component that are in the same or substantially the same positional relationship, at least a part of the first component is included in the extension region between the plurality of second components, the spacing between the plurality of second components is the same or substantially the same, no components are mounted in the region consisting of the spacing, the first component is an audio amplifier, the second component is a coil, and on the first circuit board, a solid pattern is formed near the audio amplifier, and wiring for transmitting audio signals is formed through interlayer conductive holes.
