Abstract

To provide an admission management system, admission management method, and program that reduces the financial burden on facility managers and facility users. [Solution] The entry management system comprises a registration unit, a first authentication unit, a first history unit, and a decision unit. The registration unit registers authentication information, including biometric information used for biometric authentication of at least one employee scheduled to enter the facility, and affiliation information indicating their place of affiliation. The first authentication unit performs biometric authentication of the first employee among the at least one employee based on the biometric information to determine whether or not entry into the facility is permitted. The first history unit records the first authentication history, including the result of biometric authentication by the first authentication unit and the affiliation information of the first employee. The decision unit determines the amount to be billed to the affiliation of the first employee, as indicated by the affiliation information, based on the first authentication history.
