[Solution] The system includes pumps 310 and 320 for adding a coagulant to the water to be treated, a solid-liquid separation tank 220 for performing solid-liquid separation of the water to be treated to which the coagulant has been added from pumps 310 and 320, pumps 330 and 340 for adding a dewatering agent to the sludge discharged from the solid-liquid separation tank 220, and a control device 100 that controls the addition of the coagulant from pumps 310 and 320 and the dewatering agent from pumps 330 and 340. The control device 100 calculates the amount of dewatering agent to be added by pumps 330 and 340 based on the amount of coagulant added by pumps 310 and 320.
