Safety confirmation system

Abstract

This system provides a safety verification method that ensures the safety of elevator inspections while utilizing existing equipment. [Solution] The safety confirmation system of the present invention comprises a control unit 114 as a first determination unit and a determination unit 136 as a second determination unit that determine whether or not work can be performed based on images taken by a worker information communication device 110 held by the worker performing maintenance work. The control unit 114 is provided in the worker information communication device 110, and the determination unit 136 is provided in the server 130. The control unit 114 determines whether maintenance work can be continued based on an image taken with the elevator landing door 11b open. The determination unit 136 determines whether the maintenance work is safe based on an image taken with a passenger on the elevator car 7 (top 70) after the maintenance work has been continued.
