Abstract

The present invention provides a hot air treatment device that can significantly improve thermal efficiency with a simple configuration, thereby saving energy. [Solution] The hot air treatment apparatus comprises a cylindrical rotary hot air treatment cylinder having an input port for the material to be dried at one end and an outlet for the material to be dried at the other end; a hot air generating unit that generates hot air to be heated and supplied into the rotary hot air treatment cylinder; and a heating means that suppresses the decrease in the temperature of the air inside the rotary hot air treatment cylinder with exhaust air from the outlet or air kept warm by the rotary hot air treatment cylinder.
