Abstract
The present invention provides a silica granule with excellent adsorption properties for amine compounds, a method for producing the same, and an adsorption / desorption material for acidic gases containing the silica granule. [Solution] The silica granules of the present invention are characterized in that silica is the main component, and the ratio of the total volume of pores with a diameter of 5 nm or less to the total pore volume is 10% or less, the ratio of the total volume of pores with a diameter of 15 nm or more to the total pore volume is 50% or more, and the ratio of the total volume of pores with a diameter of 25 nm or more to the total pore volume is 20% or more. The acidic gas adsorption / desorption material of the present invention is characterized in that it contains the silica granules of the present invention.
