The tool post 3 includes a turret 32 ​​and a main body 31 that moves the turret in the central axis direction of the work spindle. The turret 32 ​​includes a first end 35 and a second end which is the end opposite to the first end in the central axis direction of the work spindle. The main body 31 is provided on the second end side of the turret 32 ​​in the central axis direction of the work spindle. The measuring device 4 is provided on the first end 35 side of the turret 32 ​​in the central axis direction of the work spindle.
